Engine mechanic

• Assist in routine maintenance and servicing of cranes as per schedule.

• Help in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in cranes.

• Support senior technicians during repairs, upgrades, and overhauls.

• Maintain and update maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.

• Perform visual inspections and report any unusual sounds, vibrations, or performance issues.

• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts for optimum performance.

• Assist with loading/unloading and setting up cranes at new sites.

• Follow safety protocols and PPE compliance strictly at all times.

• Report to supervisors about any damaged or faulty components.

• Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are handled and stored properly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in crane maintenance (Freshers with training can also apply).

• Knowledge of crane systems, motors, hoists, hydraulics, and electrical panels.

• Ability to read technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit and able to work in heights and outdoor conditions.
