We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented After-Sales Service Executive to manage and oversee all post-sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service requests, coordinating with internal teams, and improving overall service processes.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, inquiries, and service-related issues
• Monitor and manage service schedules, warranty claims, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals.

• Maintain service records, customer history, and documentation for audits and analysis.
