Social Media Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence across various platforms. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals

• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and others

• Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization

• Analyze social media metrics and create performance reports

• Stay up to date with current trends, tools, applications, design strategies, and technologies in social media

• Collaborate with designers, copy writers, and other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency

• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns

• Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices

• Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and content partnerships

• Video editing and basic animation skills are a plus
