Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media efforts across all major platforms. This role requires a blend of creative leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. You’ll shape our brand voice, grow engagement, manage a content calendar, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of social media strategies

• Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Monitor performance metrics and present actionable insights

• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams

• Guide community management and influencer initiatives

• Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and competitive activity

• Mentor junior team members and manage external partners/agencies as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing

• Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement

• Expertise in social ad platforms and analytics tools

• Strong copywriting and creative direction skills

• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
