Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-Page & Off-Page)
Manage and mentor a team of SEO executives
Perform keyword research, content strategy, link-building, and competitor analysis
Monitor daily SEO performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-friendly implementations
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns via Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Optimize paid campaigns to improve ROI and CPL (Cost per Lead)
Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others for analysis and reporting
Proven experience as an SEO Team Lead or similar role
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
Experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management
Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Good understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO purposes
Strong leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Excellent communication and reporting skills
