Job responsibilities – Sales Manager for Pharma Company
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, hospitals, and stockists.
• Plan and organize CMEs, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Train and support Medical Representatives (MRs) for product knowledge and field execution.
• Review sales reports and MIS regularly and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure timely reporting of field activity, customer feedback, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional inputs and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical practices.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
