Internship Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to assist our internal teams in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating tasks, and improving workflow processes. This internship is ideal for someone interested in business management, coordination, and tech operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating internal projects

• Support communication between different departments (tech, design, marketing)

• Maintain and update documents, reports, and project trackers

• Help ensure timely delivery of tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders

• Support daily administrative and operational activities

• Analyze operational data and suggest improvements

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process optimization

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana)

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
