Experience: 6 months to 1 year (eCommerce brand campaigns)

Salary: max ₹22,500 per month + Performance Bonus

Shift Timing: 10:00 am to 6:00pm

Week Off: Saturday work from home and Sunday off

Skills:

1.Proven experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaign setup and optimization

2.Strong understanding of ad funnels, A/B testing, and attribution

3.Proficiency in performance tracking and data analysis

4.Basic knowledge of landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for eCommerce brands

2.Monitor and improve daily campaign performance to maximize ROAS

3.Conduct audience research and run A/B tests to refine targeting

4.Collaborate with the creative team for high-performing ad visuals

5.Analyze and report key metrics: spend, ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.

6.Suggest CRO improvements for landing pages
