We Are Hiring: Marketing Manager / Floor Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager / Floor Manager who can handle everything from client acquisition to project delivery. This is a core leadership role, working closely with the Director to streamline workflows, manage clients, and grow the business.

Location: 5th floor , Unit-509, RG Trade Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Shakurpur, New Delhi, Delhi, 110034
In-hand Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
Type: Full-time
Reports To: Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete client lifecycle: from sales conversion to delivery

• Conduct client meetings and maintain long-term relationships

• Supervise task execution and ensure on-time project delivery

• Lead the internal team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor workflow

• Implement and manage task tracking/reporting systems

• Deliver daily updates directly to the Director

• Identify business opportunities and partnerships to expand clientele

• Attend relevant industry events with the team to generate new leads

• Maintain a strong understanding of all digital marketing services: SEO, PPC, SMO, SMM

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: 4 to 6+ years in a digital marketing agency environment

• Deep understanding of digital services: SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing & Optimization

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with CRM and task/project management tools

• Proactive mindset with problem-solving attitude

• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations professionally
