Position: Marketing Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You should have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
To provide orientation to new sub Licensees.
To provide the ongoing training for the new staff.
Engaging sales team in the planning of the promotional activities
Conduct regular camera and quality control audits to ensure the operational standards are met
Establishing and maintaining relationships with franchise partners to improve long-term profitability
Analysing data to determine brand marketing forecasts for upcoming months then communicating these forecasts to other members of the team
Ensure to meet marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
Improve brand marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
Developing and implementing marketing strategies for services based on client demand, competitor activity, and industry trends
Ensuring that the brand standards, SOP’s and procedures are followed by club staff
Coordinating with marketing agency on lead generation.
Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
Generating new business leads.
Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations.
Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Managing and training the marketing department's staff.
Preparing and presenting monthly marketing plan to senior management.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits to the clubs, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Requirements:
Eligibility
Minimum 4 Years of Experience as a Marketing Professional
Experience in Above The Line, Below The Line Marketing and Branding
