Marketing Manager

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and client-focused Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to join our dynamic team at DK Lights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client research, sales follow-ups, showroom presentations, and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders. This role combines in-house marketing coordination with field-level client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Research & Prospecting

• Identify and build a database of potential clients (architects, designers, builders, contractors)

• Conduct online research and cold calling to generate new leads

• Maintain and update the client database regularly

2. Client Communication & Meetings

• Reach out to clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media

• Handle walk-in and appointment-based showroom visits

• Schedule and attend meetings at client offices or project sites

• Explain product features, pricing, and applications

• Share product catalogs, presentations, and customized proposals

3. Marketing Coordination

• Assist in preparing WhatsApp creatives, flyers, and basic social media posts

• Coordinate with the internal marketing/design team for campaign execution

• Follow up on promotions, offers, and showroom events

4. Sales Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain follow-up schedules and track inquiries to closure

• Record all client interactions and prepare weekly reports

• Input data into CRM/Excel for performance tracking

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi)

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Confident in handling clients and giving product demos

• Basic understanding of lighting products (training will be provided)

• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Social media awareness (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field

• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing
