Inside Sales Manager – Heavy Machinery Rental
Role Overview
Lead and manage inside sales operations for the rental of heavy construction machinery—including RCC equipment, JCB machines, gensets, and DG sets. Drive sales performance, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with field and support teams to meet rental targets. This position reports to the Sales Director/Head of Sales.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute inside sales plans and rental campaigns.
Set, track, and exceed monthly/quarterly rental targets.
Generate rental revenue by converting inbound/outbound inquiries, dormant and existing customers

Customer Relationship Management
Serve as primary contact for clients—respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Understand and consult on client needs for RCC, JCB equipment, gensets/DG sets.
Prepare and present accurate rental quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage invoicing .
Coordination & Operations
Schedule equipment dispatch and returns; coordinate with logistics and yard teams.
Monitor rental asset condition, oversee damage inspections, and order timely repairs .
Liaise with outside sales, service teams, and field staff to ensure seamless rental execution.
Reporting & Data Management
Maintain robust CRM entries, track rental pipelines and forecast outcomes
