Marketing Field Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote our products/services by setting up stalls in residential apartment complexes. Interacting directly with potential customers, explaining offerings, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage promotional stalls at apartment complexes and gated communities.

• Interact with residents to pitch and promote the company’s products/services.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to generate interest.

• Distribute brochures, flyers, samples, or promotional materials.

• Gather customer information, feedback, and follow up on leads.

• Maintain a professional and engaging presence at the stall.

• Handle basic stall logistics including setup, dismantling, and inventory management.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Report activity and sales updates to the supervisor or manager.

• Represent the company with integrity and maintain a positive brand image.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in direct sales, field marketing, or promotional events is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and outgoing personality with strong persuasion skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of local areas and apartment communities is a plus.
