We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Executive (Level 4) to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and offline marketing campaigns, analytical thinking, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure brand consistency
Manage content creation and copywriting for marketing materials, emails, social media, blogs, and website
Analyze campaign performance and report ROI, conversion rates, and key KPIs
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs
Coordinate events, promotions, and sponsorships
Support SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRM initiatives
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems
Monitor competitor activity and contribute to strategic recommendations
Manage external vendors and agencies as required
