We're expanding our marketing team to grow our brand and connect with customers across B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute marketing campaigns for all four verticals:
• Luxury Lodging (short-stay apartments, B2B corporate tie-ups)
• Food Catering (events, weddings, corporate & home orders)
• Car Rentals (daily/weekly bookings, airport/corporate travel)
• Package Tourism (India & International customized tour planning)

🔹 Plan, strategize & execute digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
🔹 Handle lead generation, client follow-ups, and CRM tracking.
🔹 Collaborate with the design team for brochures, banners, and social creatives.
🔹 Conduct field visits to hotels, event venues, and tourism fairs.
🔹 Assist in building partnerships with corporates, event organizers, and travel agents.
🔹 Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, customer feedback, and ROI from campaigns.
🔹 Work closely with the Director to meet monthly revenue and visibility targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Graduate or under Graduate in Marketing / Hospitality / Business Management
✅ 1–3 years of relevant experience (Hospitality/Tourism/F&B preferred)
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills (Bengali, English & Hindi)
✅ Social media & email marketing knowledge
✅ Knowledge of local geography and market trends
✅ Energetic, target-driven, and field-ready attitude
✅ Basic knowledge of Canva / CRM tools is a plus
