Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting housing projects, driving customer engagement, generating leads, and supporting sales teams through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns for housing and property projects.

•Generate leads through various marketing channels including digital platforms, social media, outdoor advertisements, and events.

•Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, channel partners, and real estate agents.

•Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open house events, and promotional campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

•Good understanding of real estate marketing trends.

•Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Experience:

•0–2 years of experience in marketing (real estate industry preferred).

•Knowledge of housing/property markets will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:45 PM, Tuesday weekoff [ Saturday & Sunday will be compulsory working ]
