Designation- Bench Sales Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø  Sourcing, identifying, the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in permanent positions

Ø  Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients

Ø  Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements

Ø  Collect sort and distribute mails

Ø  Support our team during walk-ins at the client end.

Ø  Maintain the Database of the profiles screened and submitted.

Ø  Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements

Ø  Submitting, scheduling interview, follow up with Vendors, negotiation of offers

Ø  Excellent record of accomplishment in all positions held.

Ø  Posting their resumes into Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Net-temps etc

Ø  Having the resumes of my candidates updated as and when required based on the requirement.

Ø  An articulate, positive representative for a company and its business mission

Ø  Submitting the Profiles to the Concern Lead or Client Manager

Ø  Making Follow ups with different vendors for previously submitted positions.

Skills Required:

Ø  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ø  Must be able to create good presentation

Ø  Ability to work under pressure

Ø  Must be details oriented and active listener

Ø  Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Location: Naubasta, Kanpur

Salary: 7k-10k plus attractive incentives
