In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and high-pressure environment.
A dedicated team player with a hands-on approach.
Comfortable working extended hours, especially during critical project phases.
Experience in brand development, campaign planning, and budget management.
KRA-
1. Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute events, launches, and activations, ensuring timely and seamless delivery.
2. Vendor & Agency Management
Coordinate with vendors and agencies for production, logistics, and quality execution.
3. On-Ground Branding
Supervise branding deployments across sites, ensuring consistency and timely execution.
4. Budget & Cost Management
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
5. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
6. Post-Event Reporting
Prepare reports with key metrics, feedback, and visual documentation.
7. Compliance & Approvals
Ensure all activities meet legal, safety, and brand compliance standards
