Required Skills:
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good at negotiation and objection handling
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and products
Sales knowledge and strategic thinking abilities
Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, PERCENTAGE)
Candidates should have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
Assist vendors in understanding why their sales might be low and provide strategic advice on how to increase sales
Act as a growth partner, helping vendors implement strategies to improve their business performance
Convince and onboard new sellers to grow the business on platforms like Myntra
Manage and nurture vendor accounts to ensure long-term success
