●      Develop and Implement E-Commerce Strategies: Design and execute strategies to achieve sales, growth, and customer satisfaction targets.

●      Manage the E-Commerce Platform: Oversee the website's performance, functionality, and design, ensuring an optimal user experience across all devices.

●      Optimize the Sales Funnel: Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and implement measures to enhance conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.

●      Oversee Product Listings: Ensure accurate, detailed, and SEO-optimized product descriptions, images, and categories.

●      Monitor Analytics and Metrics: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, providing actionable insights to improve results.

●      Manage Inventory and Supply Chain: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

●      Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

●      Managing welfare measures: management - employee Get-together, team building etc. to enhance motivation level and productivity.

Graphic Designer

This role requires proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustator ,Coral ,along with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials. Create graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements that align with brand identity.

• Collaborate with team members. Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts.

• Utilize graphic design software. Develop designs using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and  Coral .

• Incorporate typography and color theory. Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials.

• Maintain brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity.

• Develop visual concepts. Brainstorm and execute ideas that align with the company’s goals and target audience.

• Meet deadlines. Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

• Stay updated on design trends. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects.

Qualifications and skills

• Education. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.

• Experience. Minimum 2-3 Year experience in same field

 Key Responsibilities:

·       Act as the primary contact for modern trade clients .

·       Coordinate orders, stock availability, dispatch schedules, and promotions across multiple retail and e-commerce platforms.

·       Coordinate with design, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.

·       Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to manage deliveries and maintain healthy inventory levels.

·       Reconcile sales data, claims, and payments with clients on a regular basis.

·       Prepare and share regular order tracking sheet, OTD, etc.

·       Manage client queries, complaints, and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing the executive's time effectively.

·       Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business travel.

·       Communication: Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, acting as a point of contact for the executive.

·       Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth meeting logistics.

·       Administrative Support: Typing, filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.

·       Project Coordination: Assisting with project planning, execution, and follow-up.

·       Expense Management: Preparing and reconciling expense reports.

·       Research and Analysis: Gathering information, conducting research, and preparing reports.
