📌 Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• 📦 Listing & Managing Products on all Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO)

• 📊 Daily Order Processing, Dispatch Tracking, and Order Status Updating

• 🗂️ Regular Inventory Update and Coordination with Warehouse/Dispatch Team

• 📩 Responding to Marketplace Customer Queries, Emails, and Complaints

• 📑 Coordinating Return/Replacement Requests and Settlement Claims

• 📝 Uploading New Product Listings with Correct Titles, Descriptions, Keywords, and Images

• 🖼️ Basic Canva/Photoshop Image Editing for Product Listings

• 📆 Weekly Sales & Stock Reports Submission

• 📩 Coordinate Influencer Collaborations, Sending Product Barter Offers

• ✉️ Handle WhatsApp Business Marketing, Email Campaigns, and SMS Promotions

• 📅 Plan and Execute Monthly Content Calendar for Instagram & Facebook

• 📑 Record Daily Dispatch Summary and Send EOD Report

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

• Timely order dispatch rate: >98%

• Zero pending orders by end of day

• Zero inventory stock mismatch

• Zero unanswered customer queries within 2 hours during working hours

• Minimum 3-5 Instagram posts/reels/stories daily

• Ad ROAS: > 2.5 after initial testing

• Minimum 10 Influencer collabs/month

• Monthly follower growth: +2000 organic followers

• Zero dispatch delay for paid orders

• Zero stock-out situations

• 100% inventory tally between physical stock and system stock

• Dispatch accuracy rate: >99%
