Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and talented Ecommerce Account Manager to help grow our online sales and manage our office accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Increasing sales on ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

• Managing product listings, pricing, and promotional activities

• Monitoring sales performance and generating reports

• Tracking orders and ensuring timely fulfillment

• Handling return and refund cases

• Overseeing basic office account management

• Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (training can be provided)

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Good communication skills

• Punctual, responsible, and a team player

• Willingness to learn and grow

Experience:

0–5 years (Freshers can also apply if willing to learn)
