E-commerce Operations:

Manage listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog optimization on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.

Monitor order processing, returns, and customer queries to ensure timely and smooth operations.

Sales & Marketing:

Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales, customer retention, and marketplace rankings.

Collaborate on promotions, offers, A+ content, and ad campaigns.

Inventory & Coordination:

Track and forecast inventory with warehouse/godown teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Coordinate with production and packaging teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor sales reports, ad performance, conversion rates, and suggest data-backed improvements.

Prepare monthly growth reports and projections.

Team & Vendor Management:

Supervise listing executives, content teams, and coordinate with account managers from marketplaces.

Liaise with courier, warehouse, and packaging vendors.
