Roles and Responsibilities

Manage online sales through e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely order processing and shipping. (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Zomato, Bilnkit etc.
Create product listings on various marketplaces, including catalog management and pricing strategy development.
Develop effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, or chat to resolve queries and concerns.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless operations from the warehouse to delivery.
Order Processing.
Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
