Manage product listings, pricing, and catalogue updates across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, or company website.
Monitor and update inventory levels, stock availability, and order processing status on all marketplaces.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment and delivery tracking.
Handle daily operations including returns, refunds, and customer queries from e-commerce channels.
Analyse sales reports and platform insights to optimize product performance and identify growth opportunities.
Execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and flash sales in coordination with marketing and design teams.
Ensure all listings are SEO-optimized with proper titles, descriptions, and keywords.
Collaborate with marketplace account managers and resolve account health issues, violations, or penalties.
