Role Overview

You will be responsible for expanding our presence by onboarding State and District-level partners. Your performance during the probation period will determine your eligibility for full-time salary benefits post-probation.

*Probation Period*

* *Duration:*[2 months]

* Target: Onboard

*2 State Partners*

and *4 District Partners*

* *Incentive:* Performance-based evaluation

Salary Structure

*During Probation Period:*

* No fixed salary ( Only during prohibition period ) Performance is reviewed based on partner onboarding.

*Post-Probation (Upon Meeting Target):*

If you successfully onboard the required partners within the probation period:

* *Achieving 2 State Partners:* ₹50,000 per month

* **Achieving 4 District Partners:** ₹25,000 per month

If targets are partially met, salary will be decided accordingly on a prorated or revised basis after review.

Additional Notes

* You are expected to report progress weekly.

* Continued employment post-probation is subject to achieving the required onboarding targets.
