Coordination & Support
Work with internal departments (clinical, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of visits, meetings, and business pipeline using CRM tools or reporting formats.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager.
