·         Follow work instructions and use fixtures as directed by supervisor

·         Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces as directed

·         TIG welding in 304 SS for high purity

·         Able to provide feedback to engineering and supervision to facilitate continuous improvement

·         Open to learning new methods and design, as we custom build for our clients

·         Power tools experience

·         Material Preparation - Stainless steel

·         Hand-grinding and cutting

·         Assembly and fitting

·         Equipment Setup

·         Drawing knowledge (optional)

·         Inspection and Quality Control

·         Design Assistant

·         Applicable knowledge of filler rods and weld gas mixes
