Welder

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on stainless steel and exotic metals (e.g., Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Titanium).

·        Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

·        Prepare and assemble components prior to welding.

·        Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure structural integrity and specifications compliance.

·        Use grinders, saws, and other tools for finishing and fabrication.

·        Follow welding procedures, safety protocols, and production schedules.

·        Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.

·        Collaborate with engineers and fabricators on custom builds and product development.

·        Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:

·        Proven experience as a welder in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

·        Proficient in TIG and MIG welding (especially on stainless steel and exotic metals).

·        Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints.

·        Familiarity with welding codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS).

·        Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and physical stamina.

·        High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred (AWS or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

·        5+ years of experience welding stainless steel and exotic alloys.

·        Experience in complex or custom equipment fabrication.

·        Knowledge of metallurgy and welding characteristics of exotic metals.

·        Forklift or crane operation certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

·        Full-time, onsite.

·        May involve standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working in high-temperature environments.
