• Hands-on knowledge of CNC programming, preferable.

• Operate and monitor VMC machines.

• Perform machine setup, including tool selection, fixture installation, and offset setting.

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.

• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to tolerances.

• Maintain clean and organized workspaces according to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with engineers and production managers for efficient workflow.

• Cut material samples as per technical drawings, patterns, or design specifications.

• Ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances for all cut samples.

• Operate manual or automated cutting machines (e.g., fabric cutters, shears, laser cutters, die-cut machines).

• Label and organize cut samples for inspection, testing, or presentation.
