Job Title: Apprentice Trainee – Press Machine Operator (Production) Company: Sungwoo Hitech Private Limited. A Leading Manufacturer of Automotive Components and EV Parts in India since 2023 Product: Bumper Beam, Fender & Member, Dash, Fender & Member, Center Floor, Rear Floor, Back, Front Door, Rear Door, Side, Quarter, Hood, Trunk Lid Position Overview: We are hiring motivated and hardworking Apprentice Trainees for the role of Press Machine Operator – Production. The selected candidates will be trained on operating press machines used in the manufacturing of automotive and EV components. Key Responsibilities:  Operate press machines for the production of automotive and electric vehicle (EV) components.  Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and eƯiciently.  Monitor machine operations to ensure production quality and consistency.  Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the press machine.  Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control measures.  Report any issues with the machine or production process to the supervisor immediately.  Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workstation.  Participate in on-the-job training as part of the apprenticeship program. Shifts:  The candidate must be willing to work in two rotational shifts.  Timing: Frist Shift 7:30AM to 4:30 PM Frist Shift 4:00PM to 1:00 AM Required Qualifications:  Minimum education: ITI (Welder, Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical  Diploma: Mechanical / Production  No prior experience needed – training will be provided.  Willingness to learn and work in a production environment. Skills & Competencies:  Basic understanding of mechanical or production processes.  Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.  Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.  Physically fit and capable of handling machine operations.
