VMC Machine operator

1) Set up tools, fixtures and components as per drawing requirements.

2) Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

3) Ensure Components are produced within specified tolerances and quality standards.

4) Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge etc.

5) Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

6) Record daily Production data and maintain job card.

7) Knowledge of basic programming (G&M codes) is an advantage.

8) Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.

9) Knowledge of ISO standards and 5S workplace practices.
