Job Description:
We are hiring a Production Supervisor with experience in glass and aluminium processing to oversee daily shop floor operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, manage the team, and enforce safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and allocate manpower as per the plan

• Ensure product quality through inspections and corrective actions

• Manage and train production staff

• Optimize processes and support lean manufacturing practices

• Enforce safety standards and PPE usage

• Monitor material usage and coordinate with stores

• Maintain daily reports and coordinate with QA, maintenance, and logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role

• Experience in glass/aluminium processing preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work shifts and travel between plants
