We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage and oversee the daily operations of the store. The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, stock management, and smooth coordination with procurement and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Receive, inspect, and document all incoming materials.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving stock.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with purchase and accounts teams for timely procurement.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Supervise store assistants or helpers if any.
Using store software
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in storekeeping/inventory management.
Familiarity with store software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Excel).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
