Role Overview

The Service Executive will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing weighing scales, weighbridges, and other related equipment. This role requires hands-on technical skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot on-site or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission electronic weighing scales and weighbridges at client sites.

• Provide on-site and off-site technical support and troubleshooting.

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs.

• Respond to customer service requests promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for timely service delivery.

• Maintain service logs and prepare reports as required.

• Educate customers on product usage and basic maintenance.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in technical servicing (freshers can apply).

• Basic understanding of electronics and hardware troubleshooting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel frequently and work independently.

• Fluency in Malayalam (speaking & writing) and Hindi (speaking) preferred.

• Two-wheeler and valid license are an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Passion for electronics and hands-on fieldwork.

• Experience in servicing POS machines, weighing scales, or industrial electronics is a plus.

• Candidates from Coimbatore or nearby areas are preferred.

• Immediate joiners are desirable.
