Quality Inspector

Job discription:-

Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Use precision measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs) to perform dimensional inspections.

Identify and document non-conformances, and escalate issues to production and quality teams.

Maintain accurate and complete inspection records, test data, and quality documentation.

Perform visual and functional checks according to inspection criteria and product specifications.

Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to company safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Participate in audits and support corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed.

Assist with calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.

Education:- ITI/DIPLOMA - mechanical

Salary range Up to 20k Depend on interview
