Job Title: Quality Engineer ( Fresher)

Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Industry: Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Responsibility :

1. Incoming Inspection:

2. Supplier End Inspection (Onsite/Online) – In and Around Chennai:

Requirements :

1. Engineering Drawing Reading: Ability to read 2D drawings, interpret dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T symbols.

2. MS Office Proficiency: Excel (data recording & charts), Word (documentation), PowerPoint (presentations).

3. Good Communication and Reporting: Clear written and verbal communication for reporting and coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

4. Willingness to Learn New Technologies: Open to continuous learning and training on advanced measuring techniques, tools, and inspection methods.

5. Basic Knowledge of Instruments and Gauges: Familiarity with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Height Gauge, Thread/Plug Gauges, etc. Understanding of calibration basics and correct handling/storage of precision instruments.

6. Basic Quality Tools & Standards (Preferred):

7. QC tools, 5 Why, Pareto Chart, ISO 9001 awareness.

Salary : For fresher Rs. 13000 per month during probation and post confirmation Rs. 2,00,000 ctc per annum. Confirmation will be done 3 to 6 months based on performance.
