Quality Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and documentation.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance data; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

• Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.

• Support audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with ISO standards or customer-specific requirements.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

• Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, FMEA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone diagram).

• Familiarity with measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM etc.).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
