Quality Analyst

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Loading/Unloading Staff:

• Load and unload plastic materials and finished products from vehicles.

• Handle sacks and bags weighing up to 25–50 kg safely.

• Maintain cleanliness in the loading area.

• Assist in stacking and organizing materials.

2. Machine Operator:

• Operate plastic recycling machines like extruders, pelletizers, cutters, and mixers.

• Monitor machine performance and report issues.

• Ensure quality output and meet daily production targets.

• Clean and maintain machines after use.

3. Sorting Worker:

• Manually sort and segregate plastic waste (MLP, LDPE, PP, etc.).

• Remove non-recyclables and contaminants.

• Follow safety and hygiene standards.

👷 Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass or physically fit.

• Previous experience in plastic recycling or factory work is a plus.

• Ability to work in a team and take supervisor instructions.

• Willingness to work in shift duty if needed.

⏱ Work Timing:

• 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)

• Sunday Holiday

💰 Salary:

• ₹12,000 – ₹17,000/month (Based on role and experience)

• Attendance bonus + performance incentives available
