Job Summary:
The Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and improving the quality of processes, products, or services to ensure they meet established standards and customer expectations. The QA works closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, recommend solutions, and promote continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality assessments on processes, products, or service interactions (e.g., calls, chats, tickets, software code).
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, defects, or areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Document quality issues and performance trends, and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with teams (e.g., production, development, customer support) to resolve quality issues.
• Create and deliver reports to stakeholders on quality performance and metrics.
• Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support training and coaching based on quality findings.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Experience in [industry-specific tools or systems – e.g., QA software, CRM, ticketing systems, automated testing tools].
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, or quality monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
