Qualification:

• B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy (Biotechnology / Microtechnology specialization)

• PCCI Certificate (Pharmaceutical Certified Course for Industry)

Experience:

• Fresher (0–1 Year)

Key Responsibilities:

Production Department:

• Assist in batch manufacturing processes for sterile and non-sterile products

• Monitor and maintain cleanroom environments and equipment

• Follow GMP and SOPs strictly during production

• Assist in documentation of BMRs, logs, and cleaning records

Quality Control (QC):

• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products

• Operate analytical instruments like pH meter, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, etc.

• Maintain lab records and adhere to GLP

Microbiology:

• Conduct microbial limit tests and sterility tests

• Environmental monitoring in sterile areas

• Water and surface testing

• Media preparation and incubation

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Assist in documentation reviews – BMR, BPR, SOPs

• Monitor process compliance and conduct line clearance

• Involve in deviation reporting and CAPA tracking

Key Skills:

• Good understanding of GMP/GLP principles

• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology and biotechnology processes

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working in cleanroom and regulated environments
