Role Overview

As the Production Manager (Cut to Pack), you’ll lead the entire production lifecycle — from cutting to final packing — across all styles. You’ll be responsible for executing the production plan, managing manpower, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Break down monthly production plans into daily, achievable targets

✅ Supervise cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams

✅ Monitor line efficiency, output, and rejection rates

✅ Work closely with QA, CAD, Stores, and Merchandising for smooth coordination

✅ Ensure timely availability of fabric, trims, and other inputs

✅ Track WIP, reduce downtime, and balance lines effectively

✅ Maintain production reports, operator efficiency, and KPI dashboards

✅ Drive floor discipline, safety, and lean practices

Candidates who can apply

✔️ 12-15 years’ experience in garment production (export/domestic units)

✔️ Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and line setup

✔️ Proven ability to manage large teams and meet tough deadlines

✔️ Hands-on experience with woven/knitwear

✔️ Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic production software

✔️ Excellent coordination and communication skills

✔️ Fluent in Hindi.

🎯 DHU (Defects per 100 units) < 2

🎯 Manpower Utilisation≥ 95%
