   Overseeing the Visual Merchandising (VM) team and ensuring smooth workflow and task execution.

2. Uma Prints Management

   Coordinating with Uma Prints team for print-related work and maintaining communication for timely delivery.

3. Arna Team Management

   Supervising the Arna team and aligning their activities with project goals.

4. Material Production and Planning

   Planning and managing the production of materials as per project needs and deadlines.

5. Basic Costing

   Preparing and evaluating basic cost estimations for projects and tasks.

6. Printing and Pasting Instructions & Work

   Providing detailed instructions for printing and pasting work and ensuring quality execution.

7. Stock Updates from Uma Prints and Arna

   Tracking and updating stock inventory received from Uma Prints and Arna.

8. Operations and Vendor Management

   Managing day-to-day operations and coordinating with vendors for timely procurement and delivery.

9. Field Work

   Conducting site and factory visits including:

   Uma Prints visit

   Arna Factory VIsit

   Vendor's Visit

   Client Sites visit

10.  Installation Work and Site Recce

    Overseeing installation activities and performing site recce (reconnaissance) for project planning.
