Production Manager

MnD is a B2B furniture and fixture manufacturing company specializing in turnkey retail store interiors for leading Indian and international brands. With over a decade of experience and a full-fledged in-house factory setup, MnD is now expanding into e-commerce and new business verticals. We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Production Manager to lead and streamline our production operations.

Role Overview

The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, ensuring timely execution of projects, efficient labor management, and optimal resource utilization. You will play a key role in aligning production with project timelines, coordinating with design and procurement teams, and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling:

  • Create and implement weekly and monthly production plans based on project timelines.

  • Allocate tasks and manage workflow to meet delivery deadlines.

• Labour Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of skilled and unskilled workers.

  • Ensure discipline, motivation, and productivity among workers and contractors.

  • Track attendance, work hours, and output.

• Operations & Execution:

  • Monitor the entire production process from raw material issuance to final assembly.

  • Resolve bottlenecks and handle on-ground challenges proactively.

  • Coordinate with store and procurement teams for material availability.

• Quality & Process Control:

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards across all production stages.

  • Minimize rework and wastage through continuous process improvements.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Track and report daily production status to leadership.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain production reports, timelines, and labor performance records.

  • Assist in updating BOMs, job cards, and production logs.
