We are looing supervisor - production department in our manufacturing unit at Nr. Ramol Bridge, Ramol, Vatva, Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily shop-floor operations and production schedules

- Lead a team of operators and coordinate with maintenance, QC and logistics

- Monitor productivity, yield and wastage; drive Kaizen initiatives

- Maintain adherence to safety standards and 5S housekeeping

- Prepare shift-handover reports and escalate issues to management

Having 1 to 3 years experience in Production Supervisor and handling Team in manufacturing industries only

Salary : 22000 to 30000 per month
