Manufacturing Site Supervisor

SunGET Solar is looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee solar installation projects at various sites. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site activities, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion of solar PV installations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related field

1–2 years of experience in solar project supervision preferred (freshers with strong field interest can also apply)

Basic understanding of solar PV components and installation processes

Good communication and team management skills

Willingness to travel to various project locations if required

Ability to work in outdoor environments and manage timelines under pressure
