Job Title: Production Supervisor

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc. - Science only

Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment is a plus.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with a science background who are eager to step into a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.

Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met consistently.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance at all times.

Identify and resolve production or operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Maintain accurate records of production data and shift reports.

Assist in training and guiding production workers.

Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize wastage.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices in manufacturing processes.

Key Skills:
Basic understanding of manufacturing/production processes.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety norms.

Willingness to learn and grow in a factory setup.

Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
