Mandatory Requirements – BE (Mechanical)

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures involved in manufacturing processes. Optimize the efficiency, quality, and safety of production lines and machines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement effective automated and manual systems

• Creating new machinery and component parts to aid production. Adapting machinery and tech to solve design and production problems.

• Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and delays in production

• Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality

• Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations

• Upgrade systems and processes with new technology

• Make sure time commitments and delivery dates are met.

• Work with a lot of materials like wood, metal, frp, concrete to design and manufacture products.

• Create 2D and 3D models in autocad/solidworks and other drawing softwares and use processes to CNC mill products.

• Participation and execution in R&D
