Factory Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead a team of workers to achieve production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on production experience, and the ability to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on the factory floor.

• Monitor workflow, production output, and product quality to ensure adherence to company standards.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to production staff and ensure optimal workforce utilization.

• Train, guide, and evaluate workers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operating procedures.

• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained in good working order; report breakdowns promptly.

• Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and shift reports.

• Enforce company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing or factory setting.

• Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and workplace safety regulations.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems a plus).

• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Technical diploma or degree in Engineering/Manufacturing (preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a factory or production supervisory role.
