The Production Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating between design, production, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This role involves planning, sourcing, tracking production status, and maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders to meet customer requirements and production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design and sampling teams for product development.

• Follow up with vendors and factories on production status and delivery schedules.

• Manage and maintain production timelines to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Monitor quality control and ensure product specifications are met.

• Handle sourcing and procurement of raw materials and trims.

• Maintain records and documentation for orders, samples, and production.

• Address and resolve production-related issues promptly.

• Assist in cost negotiations and budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in apparel production or merchandising.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management tools.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
